ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped -- Holidays and Weekends are excluded. Please keep this in mind before ordering. There is a chance that the processing time will be longer than 3-5 business during Sales and Holidays

SHIPPING
Suburban Hive uses USPS priority shipping for most domestic orders. Orders typically take 2-3 business days to arrive - Inclement weather, distance from sender, or a variety of other unforeseen circumstances may make this time longer. Once you have your tracking, please contact USPS with any issues with delivery times. 

If you suspect your item has been mis-delivered, lost, damaged, or stolen please put in a claim with USPS before sending an email to info@suburbanhive.store. We cannot assist with lost or delayed packages without a claim number. 

Once an item has been shipped, Suburban Hive is not responsible if the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Suburban Hive is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time we only ship within the United States but are working towards providing international shipping in the future.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please keep in mind that most of the items offered for sale are vintage and/or second-hand, so there may be minor signs of age and wear. Any notable flaws will be mentioned in the product description. 

Please note that because many items are vintage, sizing may be different to modern-day standards. Please read the *measurements in the product description carefully before purchasing. Note: All items are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
